Luxury Products, LLC Named as New Trade-Wind ® Distributor for California & Nevada

Phoenix, AZ - Tuesday, August 1, 2006

Universal Metal Industries, Inc. of Phoenix, Arizona, Manufacturer of Trade-Wind ® and ARTECH ® brand ventilation products, is pleased to announce that Chris Welch of Luxury Products, LLC, Santa Rosa, CA, has agreed to serve as Regional Distributor for California and Nevada, effective August 1, 2006.

Luxury Products' President, Chris Welch, who recently launched the new Regional Distributorship, expressed strong support for the Trade-Wind brands, "We are excited to include high-quality brands like ARTECH and Trade-Wind as part of our product line. Trade-Wind's Professional Series range hoods and liner products are gaining market share throughout the country and we're delighted to carry their products in California and Nevada. ARTEC is a relatively new brand in the U.S. and brings some unique features not found on other Euro-Style hoods, such as their exclusive Omni-guide TM control system. Chris Welch, owner of Luxury Products, LLC, is well known in the appliance industry and has a vast amount of experience with ventilation products. Prior to starting Luxury Products, Chris was Vice President of Sales for VAH Marketing.
